Hello doctor my age is 21 years male im masturbating from the age of 15 years till last month. I was feeling tired always and I wanted to stop masturbation it?s been around 20 days I stopped it. If there is any Benefit if I stop it or can I Continue. If I masturbate now will it affect my sexual life in future I want to have good sexual life in future. If it is effecting it I?m ready to stop.
