I am a 27 years old male who has never been sexually active. I suffer from a condition in which I feel severely fatigued and even unable to think clearly after I masturbate. This feeling always extends to the next day. I feel my eyes getting heavy and feel a stretch in my facial muscles. This is independent of my diet, exercise and rest level always takes me one more (total two) night of sleep to get over. This did not get resolved even in the many months I was quite physically active and on a good diet, hence I doubt that they have a role. I understand that some weakness is expected post an orgasm but this fatigue spoils my next day as well, which, I understand is unusual. I tend to avoid masturbation as much as possible. I masturbate once in a week to once in two weeks. I still face nightfall once in a month or so. My masturbation time is also always less than a minute, is this a sign of premature ejaculation? I have been facing both these concerns for many years now, as long as I can remember and have built in a fear in me for my future, especially since I will be married soon. Internet search extrapolates my problems to Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome which does not have a cure at the moment. Please help me.
