I am 36 5'3" 74. KG have sitting job. I do not go out .I have stress a lot by that I faces severe neck head pain in every month my body starts throwing things out very bad situation .Please give me suggestion for removing stress.

Hi Leena, there are some stretching exercise which can you do on job and on your chair.. or you can do walk and talk therapy ...so that you will active and cure your self from neck pain and shoulder pain.. or try to have fruits.. plenty of water and try to have Green tea .. it will relief you from stress....

Hi, Stress does happen to all. It is our attitude to the stressful situation that counts a lot, when the stressful situation is beyond our coping limits it produces symptoms, so you may have to modify your responses. I suggest, you go to a Psychiatrist and discuss your problems, you may be helped by counselling and a few medication if required, by the way Physical causes also produce such symptoms and they need to be ruled out too.
