I am 29 Years old, I went to doctor for frequent urination and foamy urine. Then doctor prescribed to take USG abdomen and Urine test, report says left renal stone 3 mm and pus cells 2-4 / H.P.F. I am drinking more water always even though I don?t know how I got kidney stone and decided to go to gym. Please suggest me foods to remove kidney stone and shall I join gym? Or suggest me your valuable reply.
