I took tadalafil 20 mg and stay long tablet (dapoxetine 30 mg+silendafil 50 mg) together. Nd now I am having heavy headache, back pain, and muscular pain in all my body from after 2 hours of taking tablets. It took both tablets on wednesday near 1 pm and I am suffering from wednesday 3 pm. What medicine should I take to come over from this pain?
