I have just followed one diet plan for 6 months which was high on protein, low on carbs, high on fibre and medium on fat. As a result I lost 12 kg in 6 months and 4 inches of waist. Do I have to continue this high protein diet for lifetime. Is it healthy? Since I do not exercise at all, will it not get stored in my body as lumps also will it not increase my uric acid and protein in urine ultimately affecting my kidney as they will be overworked. Kindly advise. My diet is Non-vegetarian.
