Hi Doctor, I have endometriosis in both ovary of 7 cm and 3 cm respectively with negligible fibroid too. I am on dienogest for 3 months and continued with novelon another for 3 month's. Last 2 days I have a vertigo due to which my gynaec suggest to stop medicine and have menstruation followed with TVS. My questions 1. Please advice if I have the vertigo because of side effects of medicine since taking it 6 months? 2. When do I will have my menstruation resume? Which medicine to use when I have heavy bleeding and pain.

Giddiness may happen because of medicine but not vertigo. Most of medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with need of reports sometimes so follow advise of treating doctor.
