Sir 2 years back, meri Shaadi huwi hai aur ab ek beta bhi hai. Problem Kya hai ki Shaadi se pehli mai hastamaithun (mastrubation) bahut kar Leta thaa. Tabhi se mai physic me patla (lean) hu. Mai mota (fat) hona chahata hu. Please mujhe suggest karo. Bus mai mota hona chahata hu. Lean rehne se bahut avaman banta hai. Sharaminda hota hai. Please doctor mujhe help karo.
