Health is defined as state of complete physical, mental and social well being. Eat healthy well balanced meals that provide adequate amounts of all nutrients. Include whole grains, cereals, dals, beans, egg, lean meat, seasonal fruits, a variety of vegetables, nuts and adequate amount of water in your daily diet. Avoid foods containing transfat, processed meat, high sodium and high sugar foods. Exercise regularly.
