My baby is 68 days old. I am taking much rest, and also binding belly with cloth daily .but my belly is looking like am 5 months pregnant. How many days it will take to get back my previous tummy size. Is there any other way to reduce my belly.Please suggest me something for reducing weight.

It is your 2 months of your delivery, You can take rest for more one wk and slowly start exercising .Start first with walking and yoga then slowly increase. Avoid more fatty food. But don not do dieting as you are a feeding mother.
