I am sra1 26 years recently loosed 22 kgs at that time my body fat percentage19. 8% and my weight is 75 kg ,now my weight is 75 kg but my body fat percentage is 23.5% and my measurements are increased around 1" size stomach please help me my fat percentage is increasing what to do.
