I am 33 years old, non smokers and drinks 3-4 months once. From November-2017 I am experiencing chest pain which radiating to my left arm and upper back. Chest pain is I feel heaviness in chest for 2-3 mins and goes off. But the left arm and upper back pain remains for hours. Also I am having bad headache. I have visited cardiologist and done 5 ecg, 2 echo and 2 TMT all Test was negative, my cardiologist is saying I have anxiety problem. What to know I am having chest pain or anxiety disorder?

You have to treat the root cause and not the symptom alone which requires detailed history taking and relevant lab testing. There are several reversible causes for chest pain which needs to be excluded first. Triggers are there for most of the diseases which varies from person to person. Identify them and treat them. Do not blindly believe your drs. They may have vested interests to see you take lifelong medicines. You have to take personal responsibility of your health and not your drs. You are now doing Dr. Shopping because your Dr. Has not taken detailed history and spent enough time with you to treat the root cause He has just put a band aid -temporary fix which is not going to solve your health issue. Detailed dietary. Medical. Environmental history and all lab results needed before talking about treatment to permanently fix your health issue. Take a. Consult if you do not want to reverse your health problem by lifestyle and nutrition without medicines by sending feedback with name and phone number change your diet and lifestyle which is never going to be told by drs because they have no knowledge of nutrition and for all diseases diet has to be fixed first before medication which may not be needed always You cannot fix your health without fixing your diet.
