Hi Dr. this is for my mother. We have a pet dog in our home he is 3 years old he is vaccinated only one's when he was a puppy against rabies. Last week he go hurt in its paws and tha Vetanary Dr. came to treat him during tha treatment because of the pain he bit my mother and me. But for my mother his teeth never penetrated and there was no bleeding also her skin also did not cut. Foe me there was bleeding so I am taking my anti rabies injection. Is it necessary for my mom to get the vaccine also because the skin did not break there was no bleeding and my dog never went out or bit by a street dog he never left our campus? Pls ans Dr. I am really confused?
