Hi I am thinking to take creatine because I am a vegetarian hence I do not get through my diet. I will be taking creatine as pre work out of 5g so my concern is that does it causes fat gain since my body fat percentage is 18% and I want to bring it till 12%.So I was suggested that creatine is also good for building large muscles and I want to gain some muscle mass .but I do not want to gain fat with that and also I have fat in my chest area will it be okay to take creatine.
