I'm a male of 21 years old. I don't drink or eat much. I have gained over 12 kgs in 4 years. But I don't have fat anywhere else other than my belly. I tried checking online for some healthy diets to reduce my belly fat but nobody has mentioned a proper weekly or monthly plan to do that. Can you tell me the reason regarding weight gain and suggest me a diet to work on to reduce weight (I'm 5'9" and 84 kg. My blood group is O+ve and eat the food outside more, I eat chicken almost daily, I take my food only outside as of now)

Sir if you r not eating at regular timings that is also the reason for your weight gain. And food you eating is outside food more. For weight loss you need to b good at maintaining eating habits in gap of 2-3 hours. That vl help you to reduce weight. It’s not always about the quantity you eat, quality of food matters!
