Hello. I have a issue with foreskin of my penis. Foreskin of my penis can not be fully retract when it is erect. Since childhood I never tried to pull it down. And I never thought of it but when I came to know about it. I just tried. In 3 4 days I was able to retract foreskin in flaccid condition but still I can not retract it when penis is erect. Pls help.
