I have been having calf muscle pain in both the legs as soon as I get up from bed in the morning. The pain lasts for about 15 minutes and after gentle massage pain goes off. But it's a daily affair. How to get rid of this pain. I am a diabetic and Hypertension patient. Both Sugar and BP are under control. Please help me.
