Hi, Today I got my hormonal blood tests results. That's very disappointing as I am trying to plan 2nd pregnancy from 6 months though I have 3 years old daughter. My reports- TSH-4.46 FSH-8.8, LH-5.05,AMH-0.43 mlng/ml, 3.07 FTH-1.11. Doctor told me that my AMH level is low. Then she did baseline usg IMB. In usg ET-1.6�1.4.She said I should conceive as quickly as possible in 2-3 cycle otherwise I can't conceive. What actually does my reports show? She will perform HSG before this. I have 28 days of regular cycle. I am really worried. Please let me know what to do. Please guide me I want to conceive naturally not interested for IVF. please suggest me any medications to get pregnant faster if possible or I won't be able to conceive in future.

Lower AMH indicates that you have lesser number of ova to get developed and released in subsequent cycles. So your chances of conception are very low. With AMH of .43. In addition to this the serum TSH is little on higher side. So no you'll need to complete your Obstetric career as early as possible. To be accomplish this, IVF would be best option available. As you'll not be wasting any cycle in IVF. Prepare yourself mentally for this and accept the fact. There are few amtioxident drugs available, which claim to increase ovarian reserve. However, they really may not work. On top of that, you're having history of ectopic pregnancy secondary to tubal Koch's.that further reduces your chances of natural conception. As blocked tubes can't pickup ova when released. So think over it once again.
