I had gained 20 kgs since december. I was 58 kgs before and now I am 78 kgs. I was diagnosed with Hyper hypothyroidism with TSH value 7.11 and AntiTPO of 375.8. I am trying to get conceived n doctor asked me to reduce weight. Even after lots of exercises and dieting I still keep gaining weight. I am a person who follows a healthy lifestyle since my childhood n I have never before fallen sick. All these years I have not even had any kind of medical condition. My parents and my grandparents nobody in the last 2 generations in my family has thyroid problems. What can I do? I feel less motivated day by day.
