My son is 12 year old and his main problem is that he is not eating food properly but when we give him junk food he eat with entrust. Please tell me solutions about this.

Stop junk food on a regular basis. Decide on a day or two for junk food only if remaining 5-6 days are eaten healthy. Try to make home food interesting and take his choice for the same. Avoid giving in to tantrums. Most of the times it is us who develop the habit of junk and fast foods out of guilt or lack of time or convinience. Explain the i'll effects of junk eating and practice yourself what you preach. Try to make alternatives like chikki instead of chocolate or home made laddoo instead of pastry or pav bhaji made at home. It takes only 2-3 weeks to develop a new habit. All it needs is discipline.
