I wanted to lose bally fat and I have started diet but I am not sure what I am having in diet is enough in breakfast having oats with milk then after 1 or 2 hrs having salad i.e. Cucumber nd beetroot for lunch having 2 or 2.5 chapati with bhaji evening having 1 apple nd 1 cup green tea and dinner having 2-3 chapati nd bhaji or dal so could you please help me what I am having or doing is right way or not.
