Hello all. I just want to ask some info about symptoms. I have lateral outside knee pain in my right leg from 6 months which is not constant but only happen when I walk for few kms. Or if I am in squat position for few minutes.(may be peroneal nerve) and after sometimes it will go anyway. And also from 4 months I have lower back pain .it is constant mild and also pains normal when I bend .i have done physiotherapy many times but the pain again come when I stop physiotherapy no solution. Just say by reading my symptoms that can I have slip disc or any permanent problems. Dr.s just put me on 15 day primary medication. And said no to any xray or mri. Please clear my thoughts as I am about to give army physical.

As you describe, I think your muscles are week, you have to do exercises as Physiotherapist prescribe you either self or with the help of physio. When your muscles strengthened then you feel better. To strengthen muscle you have to give time for exercise regular twice daily. Good luck.
