I am a male of 21 years of age .I had been doing complicated rituals ever since I was eight years old. It took up a lot of time, energy and made me depressed. Now I am 21 years of age. Now I can understand that what I am showing are signs of OCD. Now I think that the devil is trying to harm my parents soul. So if my parents get sick or something I worry its on account of me not doing rituals. I can not stop doing the rituals and find out because my brain tells me that the harm will occur later. I need a specialist to tell me that this is just OCD and nothing to worry about. Please help me.
