Hi. I went to cardiologist on 4th April and tested echocardiography, thyroid test both are normal at the time Bp was 160/90 and suggests to take tablet life long Arbitel20 and Rosuvastatin20, then I am taking from 4 days now Bp 120/80 normal but I am tired, giddiness, stomacpain. Other than I do exercise daily also. Am I take it life long please suggest, and how to control bp, reduce weight, how to diet food. Please suggest. Thanks.

Diet and well tolerated moderate exercises are good for a start. Set small achievable goals, use apps to track your progress, cut down on sugar and salt and find healthy alternatives to snacks. BP target could be below 140/90. Multi measures will surely help. Till then continue Meds.
