I'm a mother of 5 months old and hav exclusively breastfed my baby so far. I hav been diagnosed with hypothyroid since 4 yrs. Post pregnancy my TSH lil r lik dis Jan: 6.7 March: 3.13 April: 30.55 Don't know what happened dat my TSH level is raised to so much though neither my lifestyle nor my food intake has changed. In fact I hav been eating healthy food. This is making me put on weight instead of losing. I was 65 kg post delivery n now almost 67 now.

You need to increase your thyroid supplement hormone to control your hypothyroid presently. If not on medicine start them under supervision of a Physician. Avoid weight gain.
