I am of age 25 married. I got married 5 months ago still don't have baby. I can't do sex for long time. I ejaculate short time and before my wife gets ejaculation I release my sperm and got tired. My wife says she cant feel ejaculation at all. I cant control when I feel like ejaculation. While doing sex she feels good. Please help me to get baby.
