After my pregnancy I am suffering from many health issues like weight gain, change of my voice, my lower chin is increased, I can't remember anything meaning my memory is get weak I can't even remember things that I have done a couple of hours or minutes ago, tiredness all the time. What could be the reason behind all this?

In a good no of pregnant women it often happens as you described. There is nothing to worry about it. It may be due to changes of physiology of body functions due to pregnancy which has also some psychological association. Probably this is your first pregnancy. Eat well, sleep well, read some good books whichever you like, watch motivational and spiritual videos. Don't think about negativity. Take nutritious and healthy diet and get regular check ups for safe pregnancy. All the best.
