I got injury on my nerve of ankle during my Football practice session one month ago. I was think that was minor. Day by day it is bloating. On very first week, I didn't running because of pain. Bt now I can run. But I couldn't kicking the ball too hard. Please help me out from this problem. I want to play.

Hello dear lybrate-user you have to wear a good quality runner sport shoes, use ankle support during play, do contras bath (hot and cold therapy) and do ankle strengthen exercise like ankle toe pumps and last do calf stretching.
