I am 28 and I feel the erection I get is not hard enough and does not last longer than few seconds. Also my size has decreased, may be due to masturbation. Also when I am a little sexually aroused, some fluid comes out from my penis, not more than 2 drops. Please suggest whether its treatable and possible treatment.
