I am 28 year old female, had a tsh value of 6 for a long time so started on thyroid medication of 25 mcg. Later after 3 months my tsh values normalised so continued with same dose of medication. After 3 more months checked my tsh values and was surprised to see a value of 130. What could be the reason for this increase.

You may be having what is known as hashimoto thyroditis. Nothing to worry about. Just increasr the dosage of thyroxine to 100 mcg per day and repeat the test after 4 weeks.
