Sir, I am a 22 year old and I think I am suffering with phimosis. My foreskin retracts back when it is flaccid but not when it is erected. I came to know about this about year and half back and started retracting my foreskin slowly over the head of glans. Can this procedure help me from curing phimosis or is circumcision necessary. If circumcision is must how many days does it take to get back to work?

You have tight foreskin problem. I advise you to do Circumcision if there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin when penis is erected. This is a minor operation done under local anesthesia so there is no pain. You can get it done from good government hospital. You can get back to your work, from the next day.
