You have to take proper check on the brushing of the child two times daily to further prevent caries. You can use toothmin toothpaste for that, and take your child to the dentist if it is possible to fill the cavities we can do that.in case of extraction, first permanent teeth will come in 6 years of age that will be lower 1st molars.
