Dr. I have looking from various years for treatment of symptoms like feeling very down ,anxiety ,or sadness or irritability or don't like anything in life but main point is it is for 1-2 days after ejaculation or wet dream ,I have consulted many doctors which includes sexologist, physiatrist most of them prescribes SSRI but SSRI also don't work after ejaculation and yes I want to treatment only for those 1-2 days after ejaculation which is like nightmare for me and symptoms are like parkinson disease after ejaculation ,is there any medicine that can I take after ejaculation? And please develop relationship between anxiety and post ejaculation.
