My current weight is around 84 kg I do yoga daily for 45 mins since 2001 I take light dinner and that too around 8 p.m. I want to reduce my weight to somewhere close to 75 to 77 kg max what would be your advise can you suggest please.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
