Sir, I workout 3-5 days a week as I am a student so sometime I have miss the gym. I am working out from last 9-10 months. But recently from last 2-3 months I am gaining belly fats and love handle. Why? I took proper diet and supplement then also why I am having fats in belly and side? I do cardio every other day.

It could be because your calorie intake could be more than what you use. Excess calories are stored as fat. Although less common androgen deficiency or estrogen excess or a combination of both can cause excessive fat accumulation. Thyroid disease also can case such symptoms. I suggest you to maintain a food diary and a fitness tracker. Many people who do extreme work out for up to to 3 hours or more but remain sedentary for the rest of the day. In that case their work outs don't help much. It is very important to remain active through out the day, some fitness trackers also come with inactivity alert. I suggest you to set it for 30 min, it will make sure that you don't remain idle for more than 30 minutes. If you think you do everything right and still don't find the results you expect. Then consult a physician to rule out any possible endocrine problem and treating it will fix your symptoms.
