I have not done work out from the past 4 years. I feel very tired all day long. I don't have time to work out in a gymnasium. Kindly advice me some diet chart and exercise routine that can I do at home.

SInce you feel very tired, start with a warm glass of water every day first thing in the morning. 1 glass warm water in the morning first throughout the year. Second, when you are sitting idle, do some deep breathing (take a deep breath in and then a deep breath out) 15 times a day. You can do it while watching tv or talking to people. Your diet has to have a lot of fruits, like bananas and grapes if you don't have much time to consume daily you can reach out to me to make a customised chart for you.
