My 3 years old son is having constipation from last 1.5 years, sometimes it takes him 5-6 days to go to toilet and his faces are so thick and strong that makes him face lot of pain during shitting. And from last 6 months he is having speak disorder, his voice is very loud when he speak compare to my other son 5 years old. To speak a word he repeat it 3-4 times before he speak it correctly. Please advice.
