Hi sir. I have a friend aged 39 He has suffered from a 3 inch mark on his foot from last 15 years. It?s start itching in winter season and felling dry skin below knees in winters after bath with warm water. After some skin treatment of 20 to 25 days from a doctor this problem seems ok for next 3 to 4 months. After this this problem comes again. Is there any sign of psoriasis or other disease. If yes what is the treatment or diet or precaution in allopathy. Ayurveda. Or homeopathy for psoriasis. Thanks.
