For last 2 weeks I was feeling more urge to go bathroom as well as thirst. My G.P. Advised for blood test and urine test. My blood sugar random was 305 mg/dl 4 days ago without having medicines. SGOT was 90 and SGPT was 106. Platelets count came around 110000. My b.p. Was 78/132. He gave me some medicine UDLive 300, Stanton, one multivitamin and glimestar pm1. I did blood sugar test today after 3 days and it came 264 fasting and 326 pp. He has prescribed glimestar pm2, 1 tab in day and half tab in night. Now I am feeling worried. In the morning it seems that my saliva is sweet. Also I am having problems in speech and little issues of concentration and memory as well. My question is that I was an otherwise healthy person. I am not obsessed also. So how out of sudden I am diagnosed with diabetes? Should I accept that I am diabetic or there is still hope however remote? Please help. PS specific gravity of urine 1.25 and ph is 8. There is sugar present in urine
