My father has done colonoscopy twice in he first one which was done six months ago it was found that he might be suffering from tb or Crohn's disease and Dr. started treatment of tb but the weight loss continued till six months hence Dr. became skeptical and he again asks us to do colonoscopy and now in the biopsy report it is showing ileo colitis but biopsy is telling it may be Crohn's disease so Dr. has asked us to do ese, CBC and ibd panel test can someone tell me what kind of disease he might be suffering from he only has little abdominal pain and weight loss of 13 kgs in last six months from 71 kg to 58 kg now?
