I have piles from last 7 8 years. Initially they were painful, bleeding, & itchy but they cause no issue for some months & then suddenly at anytime they start to bleed on passing stool. But there is a permanent lump. Now, it has started bleeding on passing stool from last 2 days without any pain. I want to know the permanent treatment for this and want to know that will this lump can cause any problem in future. please help.

Permanent solution is surgery. Removal of piles. And to prevent it from recurring is to avoid constipation by drinking 4-5 ltrs of water daily. Salads, fruits consumption.
