I have a problem named as Tennis elbow. please advise me treatment for it. I have taken treatment from physiotherapist, but there is no improvement.

You need to understand the cause why it has happened. It's normally due to excessive weight lifting from a particular limb so that the muscled which are not accustomed to that much weight injure and result in long standing pain. So treatment also lies in this only avoid the activities in whatsoever you are feeling pain in the area. Normally activities to he avoided are lifting weights or even a bucket or a book. Avoid washing clothes. Secondly apply tennis elbows splint below the elbow to help muscles share the load while doing normal activity.
