Hi, From one month I have slight heart pain, pain across the left shoulder, and shortness of breath sometimes. Fear etc. My BP and ECG is normal My blood report shows - Total cholesterol - 166 LDL - 62 HDL - less than 15 apolipoprotein A1- 34 mg/dl apolipoprotein B- 80 mg/dl Vitamin D- 12.78 ng/ml Calcium - 9.88 mg/dl This is side-effects of a weight gain medicine, I have taken in oral form for one year. Later I came to know that these medicines contains steroids so I stopped taking that medicine. After I stopped that weight gain medicine these side-effects seen. Please tell me what to do. Is my heart weakened? Am I suffering from any heart muscle damage problem?
