I recently read an article about Is milk veg or non veg and how you have explained how nutritious milk is and a lot more. As much I appreciate you taking your time out and explaining the health benefits to the lesser known people out there. I would also like to point out that its high time we do our thorough research and stop blindly following what we have been all the ages. Please read up about Veganism and the diary industry and what diary does to us esp the way it is done now. Or even better please check documentaries earthling and cowspiracy. You are doctors ,the myths about diary n animal fat needs to be researched on. Thanks.
