Having lower back pain (waist area) continuously since 4 days .having pain while standing and sitting. Pain is not identified while sleeping.

Most common cause is due to it faulty posture. Improve your posture sir with straight back use lumbar supports. And avoid doing any activity whether in sitting or standing for a long duration give rest to your spine in between. And learn back strengthening exercises.
