Hi lybrate-user! Have small frequent meals which are healthy & calorie dense. Include proteins like eggs, chicken,fish, green peas, dals,pulses, paneer,soya. Nut & dry fruits like figs, almonds,cashwenuts, walnuts,flaxseeds, sesame seeds. Remember following a balanced diet with all nutrients is best way to gain healthy weight.
