I am 20 year old female. I had acne on face and consulted a skin specialist for 3 months .he prescribed azelaic acid gel and clindac A .Both worked well .my main concern was dark spots due to acne and it lightened them as well. But due to busy schedules I missed using it for a month. Now when I saw an acne on nose and also all the dark spot becoming visible again I started using it without consulting again. The problem is nowadays my face is dry scaly and wrinkling especially around the eyes and lips. First dark circle occurred and then gradually it became dry (darkened lips also ).I did face threading couple of weeks ago and it did worsen the condition. I stopped using the creams and tried home remedies coconut oil and olive oil ,both works until a wash. I am worried if it's a serious symptom. Pls help doctor.
