I am having this regular vertigo for few weeks. I have started playing badminton for hours after I had severe vertigo for the first time and I don't feel any physical weakness. It's only in the head. The first time it happened when I didn't sleep for almost two days and it is regular now. Everything goes blurred for me and lying down is the only resort. I had visited a doctor once but he said I need to take proper rest and everything will be fine but things are not improving.
