I am 25 years. My left kidney is only 15% active. Due to vur. And right kidney is fully active but moderate hydronephrosis seen. No vur seen.in MCU and renal dynamic. study.creatinine is 0.9-.1.2 mg. And urea 17-25 mg. through last 5 years. I cheek. Evrye year blood test. And ultrasound. All report are constant. Through last 5 years. No change is seen. Residual urine is 50 ml. On protein in urine. But my bp is fluctuating in morning 125/82 afternoon 130/84. Evening 140/88. It is interesting that when I cheek my bp my pulse beat around 110. Even it cheek at home or clinic. But in normal time please around 85. My question is this range of bp is safe for my right kidney. I am worried my bp. Because only one kidney. I take listen 50 mg daily. I.at 9 .am. Though my bp is fluctuating. Is it safe for my kidney function in future? Please suggest me.
