Best way to lose belly fat. I tried ab workouts but it is only strengthening my belly but not reducing. Pls help.

Facts- Losing belly fat cannot be done by belly exercises Fat loss is gradual fat gets reduced from all parts of the body evenly and gradually. Invest time in researching good low carb diet options. Eat only 75% full and drink atleast 4liters of water. Cut sugar entirely! For 2 months by the calender. Follow this if you are serious about weightloss! It will reap great results.
